The other day I had a free afternoon and decided to put some old scrap fabric to use. I made some rosettes and sewed them onto a black tank. It is super easy and I like how it turned out. Fun afternoon project. The skirt was a $4 Target purchase and worth every last cent!! It’s always dangerous going to Target. You walk in for toothpaste and end up many unnecessary items… like clearance shoes or clothes or a handful from the Dollar Bins. Gets me every time. That is why I stay away. haha.
