Okay, so I learned a couple things yesterday… for starters, I am HORRIBLE AT TIMING. Take a look below. I was just going to post one pic, then I realized I look like a fool and thought I’d provide some entertainment.
Yesterday I took the bush path to the beach to journal and stopped along the way. I inherited this uber comfy dress from Britt while she is on outreach in India. Thanks Britt. I love it. :)
I got the pocket watch from Unique Thrift Store back in Virginia and put it on a chain. As always, belted the dress with a thrifted belt. My “Jesus sandals” are also from Unique, but they were new with tags. How great, huh?!? They are actually Hush Puppie. If you’re familiar with the brand you may know there is a Hush Puppie factory in Rockford, Michigan. Growing up we’d always go for back to school shoes. If I remember correctly I once got a pair of Kangaroo tennis shoes there. How fitting, right? Remember those? The shoe tongue was a little pocket. You’d hid little treasure in it… like pennies or pebbles. ha Oh, the good ol’ days!
